We offer the following services
Group Health Plans - Many different plan designs from a variety of insurance companies, constituting two or more employee
Group Life Plans - Group life products which can provide benefit levels based on job class, a factor of earnings (e.g.: one time annual earnings) or a uniform amount.
Group Disability Plans - Short and long-term disability benefits, protecting against a loss of earnings by providing an income from 13 weeks up to age 65. Additional benefits to wrap around the group plan for those with high incomes.
Group Dental Plans - Dental plans available on a payroll deduction or true group (employer contribution) basis. Some include vision benefits.
Long-Term Care Plans - Plans are offered on an individual or group basis. Benefits are provided for nursing home, assisted living, home health care and adult day care.
Individual Plans - All of the plans shown above are also offered on an individual, non-group basis.
Claims/Administration - If you have claims or billing problems which have not been resolved by calling the number on your ID card or billing statement, please call us for assistance. We would be happy to resolve any problems.
Trade Association Programs - We are the agency of record for several Kentucky trade association sponsored programs. The association programs pertain to groups in the commercial construction, broadcasting, newspaper, retail and wholesale industries. These plans provide a unique opportunity for small businesses to obtain benefits and rates that are typically only available to much larger employers.
